Responsibilities
* Responsible in overseeing the branch operations including but not limited to supervising sales personnels and handling basic accounting and administration matters
* Responsible for the achievement of branch monthly sales accountabilities
* Responsible for promoting the company’s products and services
* Prepares and submit weekly and monthly admin and sales reports
* Reports directly to the General Manager/ Operations Manager for any concern involving operations and sales
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
* Knowledge on SAP accounting system or other accounting software is an advantage
* Preferably, with two (2) years working experience in related field
* Has excellent interpersonal skills and above average to excellnt communication skills
* Adept in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
* Can work ASAP and willing to work in Bacolod City
* Male/ Female not more than 35 years old
(2) SALES PERSONNEL (Bacolod City)
Responsibilities
* Responsible for promoting the company’s products and services
* Responsible in handling customer’s inquiries, oders and purchases
* Responsible in monitoring daily sales and inventories
* Prepares and submit necessary reports
* Reports directly to the Branch Officer
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
* Preferably, with at least one (1) year working experience in sales and customer service
* Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
* Has above average to excellent communication and customer service skills, flexible and result-oriented
* Willing to undergo training
* Can work ASAP and willing to work in Bacolod City
* Male/ Female not more than 28 years old
