Vacancy: Telesales/Sales Associates DAYTIME ONLY
Responsibilities:
• Taking and processing incoming orders received by email and telephone
• Educating customers on the benefits of natural and organic products and make-up
• Updating dealers on new products and services
• Promoting our advocacies of pro-Philippines, pro-poor and pro-environment
• Entertaining walk-in customers for orders and dealer recruitment
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field.
* Required skill(s): experience in customer service work, call center work or general sales work
* Interested in natural and organic personal care/beauty products
* Highly responsive to customer needs, efficient and dependable
* Computer proficient in MS Excel, MS WORD and OUTLOOK and other software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Required languages: English (must be fluent), Filipino

Vacancy: Supply Chain Executive/Planner
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring inventory of raw materials, packaging and finished goods for purchasing and forecasting
* Processing receipt of goods, goods returns and inventory transfer between warehouses
* Assisting the Head of Supply Chain in the purchasing of raw materials, packaging and other promotional materials
* Ensuring that the purchasing guidelines set out by QA are followed in the acquisition of raw materials and packaging
* Monitoring of production schedules
Requirements:
* College graduate, preferably of a course connected with supply chain management
* Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing/distribution company in a supply chain management role, covering inventory management, inventory control and/or purchasing (ideally of raw materials and/or packaging)
* Experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals will be a distinct advantage
* Computer proficient with experience in inventory management software
* Supervisory and strong analytical skills
* Good negotiation and purchasing skills
* An interest in natural and organic personal care products
* Love for the Philippines

Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Associate
Role:
1. Partner with the Head of Marketing in developing the annual marketing calendar for the Human Nature branches
2. Take the lead role in implementing in-store branch activities focused on growing dealer recruitment and sales
3. Provide branches and selected retail partners with other marketing support, as necessary
4. Conceptualize new and creative sales & marketing programs that would bring Human Nature closer to its vision of providing sustainable livelihood to Filipino farming communites
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree holder
2. Minimum 2 years experience in any of the following functions: consumer/brand marketing or trade marketing, direct selling operations (whether sales or marketing)
3. Experience in managing projects from conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation stage
4. Must be both detail-oriented as well as results-oriented
5. Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word
6. Fluent in oral & written English
7. Must have love for the Philippines
